Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional who will act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a recently listed SME on the BSE. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or a similar setup, with a strong grasp of financial accounting, compliance, and investor engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial discipline while building a credible and positive financial narrative for stakeholders.
