Finance Associate: QuickBooks, AP & Treasury

Brickstech is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and reporting. This role requires someone who can manage financial records, coordinate payments, and assist audits while maintaining strong financial discipline.

You will record transactions in QuickBooks Online, handle payable processing, assist with month-end closings, and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance.
