Job Description
- Manage store cash funds (cashiering and petty cash) to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and security
- Ensure enough change fund available at the cashier
- Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOA)
- Accept and document cash and cash equivalent payments from accounts receivables
- Prepare and perform the store's cash and cash equivalent sales deposit
- Prepare financial reports such as daily sales, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and daily store expenses
- Encode the total store sales in the standard accounting templates
- Provide daily sales update to upper management
- Provide weekly and monthly summary of account receivables
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, and other business-related courses is required.
