A well-established law firm is looking for a Finance & Billing Assistant to join its Finance team in London. This role is ideal for someone with legal billing or accounts receivable experience who enjoys working in a detail-driven, professional services environment.
The role
You’ll provide hands-on support across billing and wider finance processes, working closely with Partners, fee earners and the Finance team to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing, amending and distributing billing guides to Partners
- Producing draft invoices and finalising bills for client submission
- Submitting invoices via email and client e-billing platforms
- Liaising with Partners on billing queries and following up on outstanding drafts
- Processing disbursements, Counsel fees and overhead invoices
- Daily processing of incoming and outgoing payments (office and client accounts)...
