- Issuance of 2307 Form - Analyzing and computing applicable withholding tax(es) in every payment of supplier
- Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliations of GL balances
- Process online payments
- Process fleet card requests
- Check outstanding cash advance of employees for the check requests
- Ad-hoc - any necessary or needed reports/records as requested by the department and immediate head
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years in accounting field
- Familiarity with expense policies, liquidation procedures and accounting systems
