General Manager – Girona Hub

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Girona at Eat Sleep Cycle. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cycling Hub, managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience managing a bike shop or similar business.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
• English and Spanish languages essential; Catalan preferred.
• Permission to work in Spain essential.
• Travel and tourism experience desirable.
• Good conversational English & Spanish.
