Responsibilities

• Maintain subledger for AR/AP by verifying and posting transactions.
• Verify customer orders to approved price lists.
• Prepare customer order acknowledgements and invoices.
• Match purchase orders and backups with related vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
• Initiate payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily deposits.
• Mail invoices, payments, and statements.
• Deal with customer and vendor requests.
• File accounting records and perform monthly account reconciliation.
