Overview
As a Finance Analyst, you will provide financial and administrative support by ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions. You will also provide opportunities for job rotation within other finance functions, supporting the employee’s professional growth and overall understanding of finance operations.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
- Process Accounts Payable transactions and verify supporting documents.
- Handle high volume financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform financial reconciliation and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor payment agreements for fixed expenses to avoid penalty charges (e.g., rental, utilities).
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with the company’s Records Retention Management.
