As a Finance Analyst, you will provide financial and administrative support by ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions. You will also provide opportunities for job rotation within other finance functions, supporting the employee’s professional growth and over-all understanding of finance operations.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
- Process Accounts Payable transactions and verify supporting documents.
- Handle high volume financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Performs financial reconciliation and prepares financial reports.
- Monitors payment agreement for fixed expenses to avoid penalty charges (e.g. rental, utilities).
- Support month end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintains file and documentation in accordance with company’s Records Retention Management.
