What You’ll be Doing
- Financial Transactions – receipting of payments, direct debit processing, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and resolution of accounts receivable discrepancies.
- Lease Administration – set up new and renewed leases, update records and maintain accurate tenancy schedules.
- Tenant Billing & Charges – review, validate and raise charges, generate and send tenant invoices.
