The Finance & Administration Executive is to report to the Management Council, Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. This role is responsible for managing the Association's finance, grant administration, payroll, human resources and general Secretariat operations. The position ensures financial reporting, compliance with statutory and grant requirements, and provides administrative support to facilitate the smooth and efficient operations of the Association.
Role & Responsibilities- Manage the Association's full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing.
- Process receipts, payments, staff claims, supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow reports and financial reports for Management and Council.
