Finance & Admin Executive

We are looking for a self‑motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatize our business.

Our business includes a retail segment with two retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day‑to‑day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up‑to‑date and maintained promptly and accurately.
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents.
• Report to the Directors and handle ad‑hoc assignments.
• HR Functions.
