Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting
- Handle full set of accounts for Singapore entities (monthly closing, reconciliations, journals, and schedules)
- Handle project listing and intercompany transactions/balance matrix
- Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow monitoring
- Support quarterly GST submissions (Singapore) and other statutory reporting requirements
- Assist with auditors’ queries, bankers, corporate secretaries, and related companies on financial matters
- Support Group consolidation and reporting package.
- Assist with office administration (pantry, supplies, office maintenance)
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and HR administration when needed
- Perform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned
