Role Summary
The Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the business unit by monitoring receivables, managing invoicing activities, tracking projects’ financial performance, and ensuring timely reporting of costs, budgets, and profitability of the business unit. The role works closely with project managers and division managers to ensure strong financial governance and healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and proactively follow up with project managers and account owners on ageing receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Track and report on project costs, committed costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Monitor project profitability, including EBIT/EBITX performance, and highlight any budget variances or financial risks.
- Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. ...
