Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

1. Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations of the company.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
4. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and company financial performance.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
6. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
7. Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
8. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.

Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including managerial experience
