Your Role
- Manage bank transactions and accurate recordings, ensuring the bank account is reconciled every working day.
- Oversee the supplier ledger, including the entry of AP invoices, preparation of payment files, and reconciliation of supplier statements within 48 hours of receipt.
- Process monthly general ledger transactions, monthly reconciliations, and corporate credit card expense journals.
- Prepare monthly payroll tax returns and assist with the preparation of monthly BAS returns.
- Coordinate the imports of spare parts and assets while maintaining physical and electronic files.
