Filling Associate Manager-Night Shift

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Filling Associate Manager to provide visible leadership on the manufacturing floor and to ensure operational effectiveness.

This is a full-time role based out of our 123 Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base hourly pay for this position is $32.00 to $33.50 an hour. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Instill a culture of continuous improvement amongst employees
• Identify areas for opportunities in production workflow and process reliability, with required documentation, to reduce downtime and meet quality standards
• Lead teams to run production on the line while ensuring safety and product quality
