Reporting To: Head of Fan Operations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for match day management of assigned Fan Operations Volunteers, serving as first point of contact for questions, coordinating deployments and breaks, ensuring their welfare, and collecting and providing feedback.
• Provide regular reports and updates to Fan Operations Coordinator regarding performance and status of gate operations and volunteers.
• Observe crowd flow issues and raise them accordingly, communicating necessary action to volunteers.
• Monitor gate operations to ensure adherence to security and access control procedures, raising concerns accordingly to Fan Operations Venue Lead.
