Field Technology Support Analyst – IoT, Cloud & Smart Hardware

Witan Search is hiring two Field Technology Support Analysts, one for Northern Europe and one for Southern Europe. Join a fast-growing support team and provide Tier 1–2 technical support for cloud-connected laundry systems.

In this unique position, you'll troubleshoot IoT devices, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure a high-quality user experience. The role involves travel across Europe to resolve technical issues and deliver training.

A degree in IT or related field is preferred, alongside strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
