As an Engineer, Technical Support, you will be a key member of the Technical Team, reporting directly to the Director, Product & Customer Service. You will collaborate across departments, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Tech Support teams to support our products. In this role, you will lead the team to provide technical and installation support for Canadian Solar products within the EMEA region. Your primary goal will be to guide these teams to deliver exceptional in-house support to colleagues and premium service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage Technical Support, Field & Installation Services, overseeing the provision of technical pre‑sales support for customers and the sales team, as well as coordinating Field & Installation services.
