Field Technical Support Technician – Heavy Equipment

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Technical Service professional to support customers in the Monterrey area. You will respond to equipment operating troubles, advise on corrective actions, and supply warranty information for Genie products.

Occasional travel to customer sites may be required to oversee and repair issues. Key responsibilities include identifying needed parts, communicating with internal teams, and delivering training on safe operation and warranty compliance.
