Job Summary

Responsibilities
Perform
hardware and electronics troubleshooting
on industrial digital presses and related systems.
Lead or support
installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
of press hardware at customer sites.
Provide
on-site technical support
and training to customers during and after installation.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve cross-technology issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on technical interventions.
Build and maintain relationships with customer engineering and production teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
