**Job Summary**
This role applies technical expertise to complex customer environments, leads issue resolution efforts, and ensures satisfaction with HP's industrial printing solutions. It also contributes to long-term account success through proactive service and strategic technical engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform **hardware and electronics troubleshooting** on industrial digital presses and related systems.
- Lead or support **installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance** of press hardware at customer sites.
- Provide **on-site technical support** and training to customers during and after installation.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve cross-technology issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on technical interventions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer engineering and production teams, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
