We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Rack elevation for new device installation.
- Must have strong knowledge of HP ProLiantBlade, Oracle and Dell PowerEdge servers.
- Sound knowledge of general Health & Safety of devices in Data Centre.
- Governance for the rack & stack, power & Cable connectivity for Server / network equipment.
- Overview of hardware and Data Centre activity.
- Review for Hardware Failures Trend Analysis, Hardware Uptime report.
