Field Tech Senior Associate – responsible for leading a team of field service technicians and engineers in delivering technical support, maintenance, and deployment services in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Manage and lead the desktop support team, coordinating with IT staff on design and implementation of new technology.
- Ensure compliance with training and timesheet submission requirements within timelines.
- Train employees on new programs or applications as needed.
- Evaluate employee job performance, identify improvement areas, and provide feedback.
- Conduct weekly quality checks on incidents/tasks and coach when slippage is noticed.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access to sensitive data.
