Role & responsibilities:

  • Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members
    providing IT Support
  • Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same
  • Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive
    performance of the team
  • Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier
