SpaceBridge is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to support the deployment, integration, and ongoing operation of our satellite networking solutions worldwide. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for system implementation, troubleshooting, operational support, and customer enablement.
You will work closely with customers, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful deployments, high system availability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer system deployments from project kickoff through final acceptance and closure
Perform system integration, configuration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and on-site installations
Deliver technical training to customer operators, administrators, and technical teams
Provide Tier-2 technical support for operational systems remotely and on-site
