Qualificações
Responsible for on-site and remote IT support, focusing on end-user devices, workplace setup, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support (on-site and remote)
- Install and configure workstations and devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Manage users in Active Directory / Entra ID
- Manage devices via Intune and Autopilot
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Handle equipment and ticket management
Qualificações
- 2+ years of experience in IT support / field support
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune
- Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Driving license
- Strong problem-solving and autonomy
