Job Description
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software/applications within established standards and guidelines.
- Working with OEM vendors for replacing spares, hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
- Inventory management.
- Imaging of laptops and desktops.
- Printer management and network sharing printer installation.
- Assisting in fixing conference room issues and working with vendors for room setup.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
- Performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets and supporting mobile phones and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers.
