This role is responsible for supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work. The Field Supervisor leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements.About the Role
Key responsibilities include:• Lead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractors
• Undertake scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure production targets are met
• Ensure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and procedures
• Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors
