Field Tech Senior Representative
Responsibilities
- Typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.
- Complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.
- When the work is non‑routine, they escalates to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.
- Perform basic configuration of desktop / notebook / printers.
- May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
- Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Typically requires 9‑18 months relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Basic client service skills.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
