Field Services Site Lead + Network Engineer (Tijuana)

This position will be a dual role, as a Field Services Site Lead responsible for the local IT leadership and IT Infrastructure at their assigned manufacturing facility. The candidate will be the primary plant contact for IT services and support and will work with local leadership to prioritize business needs. As a Network Engineer this role will be responsible for the daily management of LAN, WAN, and WiFi support and projects, working as part of an enterprise Network Team with a main focus on our Mexico manufacturing plants.

• Plan, prioritize and execute projects, activities and work related to the IT department and site.
• Supervise and direct local Field Service Techs and Contractors.
• Execute defined IT software and hardware lifecycle processes including ordering, tracking and deployment within defined performance metrics.
