Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning, start up and maintenance activities associated with deployed electrolyzer systems
- Manage a local and/or remote field team through clear goals and objectives
- Perform hands‑on field tasks to maintain electrolyzer availability
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve performance, reliability and serviceability of electrolyzers
- Refine electrolyzer commissioning and start up processes to ensure timely availability of hydrogen
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering required or a combination of education, training, and experience providing equivalent expertise
- At least 10 years experience in a field service with operations and maintenance responsibility
- At least 5 years of management or leadership experience, with increasing responsibility
