This is a customer-facing technical role , ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in aircraft engine maintenance and MRO environments . You will serve as the key technical liaison, supporting airline operations and resolving critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for airline customers
- Provide on-site and remote support for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events
- Deliver hands-on troubleshooting and guidance to maintenance teams
- Analyze engine reliability trends and recommend improvements
