We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our Services Mexico team. You will be responsible for coordinating efficient and effective Field Service Operations. In this position, you will report to the Service Administrative Manager
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX.

You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions to all services team and stakeholders.
We work closely with internal stakeholders such as suppliers and internal customers. The culture of our team is to provide the best solutions for the client and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.

- Managing customer service calls and scheduling field resources
- Coordinating travel logistics and site mobilization (inductions, medicals, tickets, visas, etc.)
- Supporting technicians with timesheet tracking and field service management (FSM) systems
