Position Summary
The Field Service Technician - Wide Format Print will be responsible for the diagnosis, installations, and repair of Wide Format printing Equipment.
In this role, you will...
- Communicate with customers within our 2 business-hour Service Level Agreement.
- Collaborate with Sales to coordinate and schedule equipment deliveries for installations.
- Coordinate with parts team to order necessary parts for maintenance or break-fix repairs.
- Drive to customers’ locations to perform break-fix repairs, Preventive Maintenance or installations.
- Champion the Customer Experience: Guide customers through installation and onboarding of wide format print equipment ensuring a smooth transition.
