Location
Field Service Technician – Surrey, BC
Responsibilities
- Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment
- Train customer operators and maintenance personnel
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electro‑mechanical systems
- Assess customer needs and recommend solutions to optimize processes
- Share and exchange solutions with other service technicians and sales managers
- Keep current on all company products by attending training sessions (onsite/offsite)
- Support administrative or remote technical tasks when not in the field
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field service or technical support, ideally within the packaging, automation, or manufacturing equipment industry
- Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Automation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, AllenBradley, and Siemens
