Summary
The Field Service Engineer / Service Technician provides strategic on‑site troubleshooting and repair of equipment, customer support and training on state‑of‑the‑art products ranging from stand‑alone machines to highly flexible automated systems at customer facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Report directly to the department manager and perform troubleshooting and repair, customer training, and on‑site equipment modifications.
- Submit clear, detailed reports documenting work performed, open points, and closed points in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional appearance and obtain positive customer feedback; adhere to SOPs and implement new procedures.
