Field Service Technician

Job Description

Perform on site installations, commissioning, and servicing of industrial equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and technical inspections.
• Prepare quotations for repairs, maintenance, and technical projects.
• Lead and supervise technicians and contractors on site.
• Coordinate projects from installation through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent technical support.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years' experience in a technical or field service engineering role.
