As the Service Planner, your role is to schedule Schneider Field Service Engineer’s (FSEs) & External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer service requirements — Assessments, Startup, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts. You will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients’ needs. You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internal FSEs / external service partners required in the service process.
