About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring our products are installed, maintained, and operating at their best.
You'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out installations, routine maintenance, repairs, and customer training on Peak Scientific products
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support
