Role Description
The Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelowna, BC. This role is responsible for performing service, repairs, and adjustments on installed windows and doors at customer locations, ensuring products function safely and effectively.
Key Accountabilities
- Contact, troubleshoot repair/service issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Leave site in same/better condition than it was found
- Complete paperwork and reporting
- Maintain customer loyalty through service
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills related to window and door installation, adjustment, and repair.
Must have experience in the window and door industry; carpentry an asset.
Must possess superior organizational, time management and excellent communication skills.
