Job Summary
The Field Service Technician (AV / Workplace Technology) is responsible for the onsite installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of audio‑visual and workplace technology solutions at client locations. This role is highly hands‑on and client‑facing, ensuring reliable operation of meeting room, collaboration, and integrated AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission audio‑visual and workplace technology systems, including displays, projectors, conferencing equipment, control systems, and peripherals.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of AV and IT‑related issues.
- Support meeting room and collaboration technologies (e.g., video conferencing, wireless presentation, room scheduling systems).
