Field Service Technician Ambr (F/M)

Overview

Field Service Technician Ambr (F/M) based in Madrid. The Services Technician, either Inhouse or Field, will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, checks and repairs operations of Ambr systems to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. The working area will be extended to all Spain and Portugal, with a preference for the north-east of Spain (Bilbao/San Sebastian/Burgos, etc.).

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, or ensure the preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
