Responsibilities

• Maintain and service IGT equipment at casino locations in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area.
• Respond to customer sites to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair IGT equipment and communication devices.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis.
• Install and convert equipment with minimal supervision.
• Assist with signage and merchandising installs with high proficiency.
• Configure progressive controllers and merchandising equipment with high proficiency.
• Serve as customer contact on technical and service‑related issues.
