Troubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface issues
Collaborate with customers to understand technical problems and provide effective solutions to meet their needs
Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems on board the machine, including electrical panels and related connections
Verify correct installation using tools such as testers and multimeters
Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components
Coordinate with internal teams, including Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control, to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement
Deliver product training courses to customers and service partners to enhance their understanding and problem-solving capabilities
