Job Description

Provide on‑site technical support to BD customers, including installation, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, removals, and troubleshooting of robotized systems that automate pill dispensing in pharmacies. Identify root causes, propose solutions, and focus on improving customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.

Location & Schedule

Field‑based position located in the Greater Eastern Toronto Area. Supports the GTA region, as well as Ontario and other provinces as needed. This is a 12‑month contract requiring availability from Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday (day), with full readiness for up to 60% travel, both locally and overnight. Travel to the United States for training may also be required for 1–2 weeks.
