We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead a team of skilled technicians supporting mining/ construction and heavy equipment operations across Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong technical background and proven experience managing field service teams in the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, train and lead employees in a fashion that is consistent with our company culture and management philosophy.
- Effectively manage a regional team of service technicians including remote technicians and remote work sites all while promoting health and safety as a top priority.
- Prepare and participate in customer review meetings and service team review meetings.
