SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll oversee a team of four Service Technicians, taking ownership of service delivery, client relationships, and the growth of a boiler management systems (BMS) offering. You'll be equally comfortable on a client site diagnosing a burner fault as you are presenting a monthly performance report or contributing to a sales pitch.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule the service team across projects, installations, commissioning and equipment servicing Get hands-on with installations and commissioning where needed, and oversee maintenance planning and execution, including corrective, preventative and statutory work Coordinate real-time diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote interventions on field equipment and boiler systems Contribute to service department sales targets, including client presentations on technical and cost-saving benefits, and promoting SLA options Act as p...
