Responsibilities- Manage technical enquiries across the SEA & Taiwan region.
- Install, qualify, repair, and maintain Leica Microsystems products at customer sites.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and transfer of know-how to customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Work on-site at customer locations in Singapore or overseas as required.
- Drive growth in service business and meet service metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global technical teams, and channel partners.
